Time Flies When You Have Kittens
Woman in the Middle | March 28, 2016Just about 10 months ago these little guys appeared.
The black one weighed 14 ounces and the orange one weighed 1.3 pounds.
Now, Nox, the black one, weighs 11.6 pounds and Lumos, the orange one, weighs 14 pounds! Hum, that would imply I have invested in quite a bit of kitten food these last 10 months!
I like the last picture the best!
Holy cow! What do you feed them? They seem to weigh a lot of kitties still under a year. Of course you would never spoil your pets, would you? Is Nox completely ok with his injury?
Nox is doing great! No problems at all. He may have to have the pin taken out at some point in the future if it shifts out of the bone, but that wouldn’t be a big deal if they did. I just feed them regular kitten food. The big one, Lumos, doesn’t free feed at he refuses to jump on the counter where their bowls are. He can only eat when we put them up there. They also steal Blackie’s food, but over all I don’t see them eating that much. They are both really active as well. Blackie was 22 pounds at his largest so they seem small to me, especially Nox. However, they seem big compared to where they were 10 months ago.
As long as they are healthy!
