News of the World
Woman in the Middle | June 6, 2015I couldn’t help but share this with you. I hope you are sitting down, because it might cause a shock….Are you ready? Blosom, the world’s tallest cow has died.
She was certified in October 2014 by the Guinness folks of world record fame as being 6’4″ at the shoulder. Goodness, that was one tall Holstein!
In spite of her death, Blosom still holds the world record as tallest cow and will appear in the 2016 Guinness Book of World Records.
She was 13 when she died in May and was buried in her favorite pasture on the farm where she lived in Orangeville, Illinois.
If you want to see a photo of this impressively large cow, just look here on Blosum’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/blosomthecow
I have to say, it must have been fun owning the world’s tallest cow!
She looks so adorable in all of her pictures! I can tell that she will be missed by a lot of people.
Bloody hell that was one tall cow
I was amazed, too! It seemed to be a sweet thing, but just by size alone I thought it looked very scary.
